I’m Terri Batsakis — a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and Health & Mindset Coach for women navigating perimenopause.

After more than 15 years supporting thousands of women through Terrific Fitness and Freedom Fitness For Women, my work has evolved — because what truly creates change for women in their 40s and 50s goes far beyond training harder or eating less.

Perimenopause is not a phase that responds to pressure, restriction, or willpower.

It responds to understanding, education, and the right kind of support.

Today, my work focuses on helping women calm hormonal symptoms, reduce overwhelm, rebuild confidence, and feel back in control of their bodies and lives again — without extreme dieting, punishment, or constantly starting over.

I support women through personalised 1:1 coaching that integrates education around perimenopause, nutrition that actually supports this stage of life, mindset and behaviour change coaching, and nervous system support.

MEET YOUR coach - terri batsakis


I’m Terri, and I’ve spent over 15 years supporting women to improve their health, mindset, and confidence.

I founded Terrific Fitness in 2010, and later evolved into Freedom Fitness For Women in 2023, where my work increasingly focused on supporting midlife women through training, nutrition, and menopause-specific coaching. Over time, it became clear that what women were experiencing in perimenopause required more than programs or surface-level solutions.

Today, my work has evolved again — this time into my personal brand, Terri Batsakis — reflecting the deeper, more holistic support women truly need during perimenopause and menopause. My coaching now integrates health education, nutrition, mindset and behaviour change, and nervous system support, so women feel informed, supported, and steady rather than overwhelmed or blamed.

Like many of the women I work with, I have lived this stage of life myself.

At 50, I experienced firsthand how perimenopause can impact energy, sleep, mood, confidence, and identity. I understand what it feels like when your body changes in ways you don’t recognise, when old strategies stop working, and when you’re still showing up for everyone else while quietly feeling unsettled inside.

That lived experience shapes the way I coach.

My approach is compassionate, grounded, and realistic. I don’t believe women need to be pushed harder or fixed. I believe they need understanding, education, and support that fits this stage of life, so they can rebuild confidence, self-trust, and a sense of control again.

This is the work I’m deeply committed to — helping women navigate perimenopause with clarity, calm, and confidence, and feel at home in their bodies and lives again.
